With an iSiBRUSH we recommend about 1 minute of tooth brushing and with a regular toothbrush about 2 minutes of tooth brushing. Thus, 1-minute hourglasses are available for iSiBRUSH usersand 2-minute ones for those who stick to classic toothbrushes.
