Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable law, you as a customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal and therefore have the right to cancel your purchase within this period.

For hygiene products, a condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is that the packaging is unopened and the product is unused.

As a general rule, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or through our contact form and we will help you with the return.

Defective or damaged item?

If there is something wrong with your product, or if it is damaged or unusable, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@isibrush.com or through our contact form so that we can help you.

Item not received

If you have ordered a product but have not received it within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will do our best to investigate what has happened.

 

Delivery

Our goal is for your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Customers today are accustomed to short delivery times, and we do our utmost to meet that expectation.

Orders normally leave us the same day or the next business day, depending on when the order is placed and our current workload.

Delivery times

Within Sweden, you should normally receive your parcel within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes somewhat longer to other countries. Delivery times are based on the carriers' guidelines and may vary depending on our workload. Delays are most often caused by the carrier or, for deliveries outside Sweden, by customs handling.

Delivery times apply to business days:

• Sweden: 1–3 business days.
• Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland: 3–6 business days.
• Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge is partly paid by you as the customer and is calculated according to the weight of the order. We do not charge the full shipping cost ourselves, as we subsidise part of it. For orders above a certain value, we may offer free shipping. Delivery time is also calculated according to the carrier's stated delivery times.

We do everything we can to ensure that your parcel reaches you quickly and safely, but delivery can occasionally take longer due to carrier handling or customs procedures for deliveries outside Sweden.
