8. COLLABORATIONS

A collaboration between iSiBRUSH and you involves some form of exchange of services. For example, if you are an influencer or another person with a social-media following, you may receive products from us and present them in accordance with the agreement made between us. This could, for example, mean that you receive products free of charge in return for showing them on your social-media account.
By entering into such a collaboration, you enter into an agreement with us and are required to fulfil what has been agreed, even if no separate written agreement has been signed by you. If you receive products but do not fulfil the agreed collaboration, you may be required to reimburse us for the products sent to you at their full price, including shipping. This applies even if the products were discounted, on sale, or purchased using a discount code at the time. In such a case, the amount will be invoiced to you. If payment is not made, the matter may be handled in the same way as other unpaid claims, including transfer to the debt-collection company we work with. A separate agreement may sometimes also need to be signed when a collaboration is agreed. Even where no separate agreement is signed, this Section 8 still applies and you accept and are bound by these terms. If you consider the claim unreasonable, the matter may ultimately be subject to legal review through court proceedings.

Images and videos created by collaboration partners may be used by us on our social-media channels, website or in marketing connected with our products. Depending on how the material may be used and what it contains, particularly because children may appear in such material, we prefer to request consent from the creator. We will never sell the media or otherwise use it outside our brand, nor use it in a harmful, ridiculing or misleading way. Where necessary, we may edit the material, for example by masking faces or removing sections. We place great importance on privacy and fully respect any children or other people appearing in the material who are not part of iSiBRUSH.
