Shipping & Delivery

Our goal is for your order to reach you as quickly as possible. Customers today are accustomed to short delivery times, and we do our utmost to meet that expectation.

All orders leave us the same day or the next business day, depending on when the order is placed and our current workload.

Delivery times

Within Sweden, you should normally receive your parcel within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes somewhat longer to other countries. Delivery times are based on the carriers’ guidelines and may vary depending on our workload. Delays are most often caused by the carrier or, for deliveries outside Sweden, by customs handling.

Delivery times apply to business days:

• Sweden: 1–3 days.
• Finland, Denmark, Norway and Iceland: 3–6 days.
• Rest of Europe: 3–6 days.

Shipping charges

The shipping charge is partly paid by you as the customer and is calculated according to the weight of the order. We do not charge you the full shipping cost, as we subsidise part of it. For orders above a certain value, we offer free shipping. Delivery times are also based on the carrier’s stated delivery estimates.

We do everything we can to ensure that your parcel reaches you quickly and safely, but delivery can occasionally take longer due to carrier handling or customs procedures for deliveries outside Sweden.
