How to do it:

  1. Prepare the fruits:

    Peel and slice both the avocado and the banana.

  2. Mash the fruits:

    Use a fork or potato masher to mash the avocado and banana together to a smooth consistency.

  3. Adjust the consistency:

    If the mash is too thick, mix in some breast milk, infant formula or water to make it more fluid.

  4. Serving:

    Serve the mash straight away, making sure it is at the right temperature. If you have leftovers, you can store the mash in the fridge, but use it within 24 hours for best quality and nutrition.
